Booking for the standard package to attend all the Jubilee Events is open for Indian and international delegates.

You can also book selected events at the rates mentioned in the Event Fee Rates and Packages section below.

REGISTRATION AND BOOKING PROCESS

The organisers will verify payment details within two weeks of receipt of the booking form and transfer advice

Step 3

Allotment of registration number

You will be allotted a registration number after your payment details have been verified.

Step 4

Inclusion in the list of jubilee attendees

Your registration number will be mentioned in the list of attendees uploaded on our website .

EVENT FEE RATES & PACKAGES

The events are priced to enable attendees to get the most for what they pay. Special Packages on offer will help us all enjoy this celebration. Needless to say attendees from India have been given special rates to ensure the events accessible to everyone.

International delegates may pay for the early bird package in the currency equivalent of their choice. A fair break up of the currency equivalent is provided alongside for your reference please make the transfer according to this so as to enable us to maintain some uniformity with the incoming payments.

Early bird package: US$ 250 = AU$ 390 = CA$ 350 = GBP£ 190 = EURO € 220
All event rate: US$ 300 = AU$ 460 = CA$ 410 = GBP£ 220 = EURO €260

We understand that the amounts given above may not necessarily be the exact equivalent as the conversion rates are dynamic and may fluctuate. We request you to please pay the fixed amount as in the currency of your choice as mentioned above as this will help track each transaction.

BOOKING & PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION 1: BANK TRANSFER

The Amount may be sent via bank transfer to the following Bank Account: “THE CALCUTTA ANGLO-INDIAN SERVICE SOCIETY - JUBILEE”

If you are making a Bank Transfer please email (1) Copy of the transfer advice (2) Your Delegate Registration / Booking Form to calcuttamemories2026@gmail.com or upload the transfer advice as mentioned, if you are using the e-registration link. A single bank transfer may be made for multiple persons. However, the transfer advice must mention the same and individual forms need to be attached.

OPTION 2: DEMAND DRAFT / PAY ORDER

Total cost of Reunion Events would need to be made out in the name of "THE CALCUTTA ANGLO-INDIAN SERVICE SOCIETY - JUBILEE”.
